Yale City Manager Richard Adams says new test results show there are no contaminants in the city's water supply.
Residents had been under a mandatory boil order this week because traces of E. coli were found.
The boil order for residents now has been lifted.
Adams said workers spent the past two days flushing the water lines and five separate tests came back clear.
