Tulsa Police Investigating North Tulsa Shooting As A Homicide

Tulsa Police say they are investigating a shooting in the 3600 block of East Young Thursday evening as a homicide because the victim is not expected to survive.

Tulsa Police are investigating a shooting in the 2400 block of North Marion Thursday evening as a homicide because the victim is not expected to survive.

As of early Friday morning, Sergeant Dave Walker says the unidentified male victim is considered brain dead.

Officers said they were called to Apache Manor Apartments to investigate a man lying in the parking lot at about 7:30 p.m.

Police found the victim had been shot once. EMSA took him to the hospital.

Walker said the victim and another man were seen walking in the complex together shortly before the shooting. Police searched the complex for the other man but said they were not getting much cooperation from witnesses.
