Ingredients and directions:
Take three 5 ounce pieces of pizza dough.
Pull and gently roll until approximately 8" long.
Coat in butter and minced garlic.
Twist strips and place in a square, high-heat metal baking pan.
Add two generous handfuls of freshly-grated mozzarella to cover top.
Bake at 550 degrees for 8 minutes or until the cheese turns golden.
The edges should crisp and brown in places.
