Tulsa Police Release Video Of Burglary Suspect

Tulsa Police hope the public can help them find a woman who broke into an apartment using a tire iron.

Tulsa police released video Monday of a burglary captured on a home surveillance system. They hope the public can help them identify the woman who robbed a South Tulsa apartment.

Police say the crime took place between 2:30 and 3 p.m. March 7, 2014. A woman used a tire iron to pry open the door of an apartment located in the 6100 block of South 87th East Avenue.

She walked through the apartment three times, taking items including a container of change.

The suspect is described as a black female in her late 30s or early 40s wearing a black jacket with white lettering "NY" and a Dallas Cowboys T-shirt. She was carrying large brown/tan tote bag.
