Tulsa Police say a 26-year-old man is dead following an early morning shooting. Police say Isaac Wogu died from his wounds at 9 a.m. Monday.

Police said they received a phone call just after 4:30 a.m. about a shooting at Harvard and Xyler. Officers said the caller was uncooperative, gave some specific information but then ended the call before the scene was found.

They say the caller did not give information on the exact location and it wasn't found until a shooting victim arrived at St. John's Hospital just before 7 a.m.

Officers say they have arrested Judah Cummisky, 23, and Sasha Varnell, 29.

They say they were told Cummisky brought Isaac Wogu to the house in the 3800 block of East Xyler for help, after he had been shot in a different location. Officers said the scene told a different story and took Cummisky and Varnell to be questioned.

They said they found evidence the site had been cleaned before police arrived, giving them enough evidence to arrest the two.

Officers ask anyone with information about the homicide to call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS or the Homicide Tip Line at 918-798-8477.
