Special Tulsa Seat Belt Enforcement Results In 150 Tickets

Tulsa police released the results of a special seat belt and child restraint enforcement campaign in February, 2014.

Tulsa Police cited more than 150 drivers for seat belt or child restraint violations during the month of February.

The Mingo Division focused on enforcing seat belt and child seat laws during February, 2014, writing tickets for either failure to wear a properly secured seatbelt or failure to use a proper child restraint device.

Tickets are $20 for not wearing a seat belt and $25 for not using child restraints.
