Mayes County Man Facing Same Charges Twice In Six Months

A Mayes County man is in jail, facing the exact same charges for the second time in six months. A deputy said Dylan Smith led him on a chase that topped more than 100 miles an hour and included driving the wrong direction on highway 69 in Big Cabin.

The arrest report said Dylan told the deputy he had smoked meth earlier in the day. When he was booked into jail, they discovered he'd also been arrested in Mayes County for driving under the influence and running from police last August.
