pasta, elbow 3 oz raw pasta
sauce, Alfredo Angela Mia 4 cups
cheese, mozzarella shredded 3 oz
tomatoes, sundried 1 oz
Deli Ham .25 pound
crumbs, breaded panko topping 1 oz
olive oil 2 tbsp
In a medium sauce pot, boil pasta until tender.
Drain water from pasta and set aside.
In a medium sauté pan on medium heat, add olive oil, deli ham and sundried tomatoes.
Cook 3-4 minutes until ham is cooked through.
Add 4 cups of alfredo sauce and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
Continue to cook about 4 minutes until sauce is hot.
Add macaroni to sauce mixture and mix thoroughly.
Put mixture in cast iron skillet. (If no skillet available cook in baking pan.)
Add breaded panko topping and bake in 350 degree oven for 10 minutes or until internal temperature of 165 degrees is reached and bread topping is golden brown.
