Jenks Police are asking the public for help in identifying a man who tried to rob a clerk at the J-Mart convenience store on Main Street February 24.

Police say just after 9 p.m. a man walked into the store, held up a McDonald's sack and pointed a chrome gun at the store clerk. The robber said, "You know what to do," according to a news release.

When the clerk refused to give the man any money, he left the store walking west, then north across Main Street.

The suspect is described as a white male age in his late 20s to early 30s, about 180 to 200 pounds and about 6 feet tall. He was wearing a brown Carhart jacket with hood drawn up, blue jeans and a black bandana over his face.

If you know anything that can help police find the suspect, you may be eligible for a cash reward. Call Crime Stoppers at 918-596-COPS.
