Police arrested a man they say was intoxicated after a Broken Arrow family found him inside their home early Sunday.
Broken Arrow Police were called to the home in the 900 block of West Pittsburg Place at 5:26 a.m. after a homeowner woke up and found Travis Navaro, 26, of Broken Arrow standing in the kitchen.
Police stated in their report Navaro was intoxicated and had urinated on some furniture and himself.
Officers found a red plastic bottle and pipe containing marijuana on the kitchen table which they said apparently belonged to Navaro.
The police report said Navaro resides at a home located three miles away in the 3100 block of North Aspen.
He was arrested and booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first-degree burglary, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Navaro remains in the jail in lieu of a $20,500 bond. Jail records show his next court appearance set for March 3, 2014.
