Wagoner Counties deputies arrested a Kansas man for burglary after catching him inside a Porter residence, according to a news release.

Major Gary Handley says Anthony John David George Jr. was booked on complaints of second degree burglary, assault and battery and lewd acts in the presence of a child.

Deputies were called to the 300 block of South 4th Street at about 11:30 p.m. They captured the 27-year-old George inside the home.

"An additional victim arrived and detailed an incident that occurred previous to deputies contact with Mr. George, detailing an assault and battery and lewd acts to minors," Handley said.

He did not provide any additional information about those alleged crimes. George is in the Wagoner County Jail.
