Tulsa Police Arrest Man Suspected In Shooting, Carjacking

Tulsa police arrested a suspect in a Tuesday night carjacking and shooting. Officers say David Fowler was driving the victim's car Wednesday night when they pulled him over.

Fowler and another man are accused of shooting the 18-year-old owner of the car before stealing it. Fowler faces several complaints, including shooting with intent to kill and larceny.
