Two Suspects In Custody For 2013 Tulsa Murder Of Man Found Decomposed

Two people were charged Thursday with a murder that happened nearly a year ago.

Robert Sampson was found dead in his home in West Tulsa last March, nearly a week after he was reported missing. Police said there were signs of a struggle at his home.

They had two suspects in mind, and now, DNA evidence has linked them to the murder scene.

Edward Vanwoudenberg was arrested on Tuesday for another crime, but was charged with first degree murder; Christina Vanwoudenberg was arrested in Sapulpa and is being moved to the Tulsa Jail.
