About 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, the 2002 Ford Ranger was westbound on Gun Club Road near the Oklahoma 52 intersection when it entered the path of a van, the report says.

A second passenger in the truck, Alexander P. Workman, 18, of Morris, is said to be stable with trunk internal injuries.

The driver of the van, Stephen R. Carter, 55, of Holdenville, was admitted to a Tulsa hospital with trunk internal injuries. He is said to be stable, according to the report.

The cause of the crash and the condition of the drivers is still under investigation, the report says.
