A Tulsa man and his two sons were arrested early New Year's Day for breaking into a Bixby home and assaulting two people.
Bixby Police say Charles Haney, 40, and his sons, 18-year-old Jaylin Haney and an unidentified 16-year-old, are accused of attacking Charles' girlfriend and another man, after finding them in bed together.
According to the arrest report, the three had come from a party in Tulsa and showed up at the home in the 8200 block of East 164th Place South sometime before 5 a.m.
The victims told police they woke up to Charles Haney and his sons beating them.
Police reported both victims had visible injuries. The male victim alleged one of the sons pointed a gun at him and threatened to shoot him.
When the authorities arrived, Charles Haney and the 16-year-old were outside, where Charles reportedly gave the officers a false name. When they approached the house, 18-year-old Jaylin Haney threw open the front door and punched the storm door about three times, while carrying a bottle of vodka, according to the arrest report.
All three were arrested. Charles and Jaylin Haney were booked into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of first degree burglary and assault and battery. Charles Haney is also being held on complaints of false impersonation and domestic assault and battery in the presence of a minor, and Jaylin on a complaint of possession of alcohol under 21.
