Tulsa Police: Family Argument Leads To Gunfire

Tulsa Police are looking for a man who shot his girlfriend's father in the back during a domestic argument early Friday.

Officers say the man was staying with his girlfriend's parents at the home in the 1800 block of North Oswego when an argument broke out between the girlfriend and her mother.

They say the boyfriend then hit the father with a baseball bat.

Police say as the boyfriend ran out of the home, he apparently fired a gunshot through a window striking the father in the back at about 1:50 a.m.

EMSA took the man to the hospital. Police say he is expected to be okay.

The boyfriend was last seen driving a gray colored Chevy Malibu.

Nobody else in the home was injured.
