Tulsa Police: Driver Interviewed In Fatal Highway 169 Crash

Tulsa Police say they've talked with the driver of a blue car which reportedly swerved in front of an SUV on Highway 169 on Sunday.

The SUV crashed, killing one of its passengers.

The driver of the Chevy Trailblazer lost control of the SUV and it rolled over, ejecting and killing Samantha Ruvalcaba, 20, and seriously injuring another passenger. Police say neither was wearing a seat belt.

Police say the driver told officers the SUV drove up behind him, changed lanes, went out of control and hit a sand barrier on northbound Highway 169 near 51st Street.

Officers say right now there are no plans to cite the driver of the blue car.
