A Tulsa toy and food drive got a big boost from a local businessman Tuesday.

Every year, Tulsa County Sheriff's deputies find families that need help during the holidays. Tuesday, Jerry Murphy, owner of Murphy Brothers Expositions, gave deputies a big cash donation, along with extra gifts.

They'll use that money to sponsor a child.

"It makes me feel really proud and good about the office and about what the officers do for this community," Sheriff Stanley Glanz.

The sheriff's office named the toy drive in memory of Lt. Mike Clancy. Clancy would dress as Santa, and use his own money to pass out food and toys before he died.
