Oklahoma Sandwich Shop Donates Thousands To Volunteer Fire Department

A sandwich shop is giving a Green Country rural fire department thousands of dollars in life-saving equipment.

Firehouse Subs Tuesday gave the Stone Bluff Volunteer fire department a high pressure breathing system that is worth more than $18,000.

It will let firefighters refill their breathing equipment when they need it.

The restaurant chain has donated nearly $97,000 to Oklahoma first responders.
