Bartlesville 8th Grader Wins International Recognition With Photograph

A photograph taken by an Oklahoma eighth grader has earned him international recognition.

Jack Settle, from Bartlesville, snapped an amazing picture of a jumping spider eating its prey. Settle beat out 600 others to be named "young photographer of the year" by the Society of Biology in London.

He went to the UK with his mom to accept the prestigious award in person.

Settle's picture will be displayed at the Royal Institution of Great Britain.
