Authorities arrested a Broken Arrow woman who has been sought for several months on fraud charges. Keisha Landry, 45, is in Tulsa County Jail on complaints that include unauthorized use of a credit card, larceny from a retailer and drug possession.

She was taken into custody late Saturday night when a Tulsa Police officer recognized her after spotting her driving in the 6800 block of East Admiral Place.

The arresting officer said he found a hypodermic needle loaded with clear liquid in plain view in Landry's car and several other needles inside as well.

Police say Landry was wanted for stealing a woman's credit card from a car parked at the Broken Arrow Gold's Gym in December of 2011. She charged almost $300 in merchandise at a nearby Walgreen's on the same day.

Landry also pleaded guilty last year to being in possession of methamphetamine and syringes. She received a suspended sentence. That sentence was revoked when she failed to report to the Department of Corrections under the terms of her probation.

Police issued a bulletin asking for tips in locating Landry in March, 2013, and again this month.

She is being held on a $21,000 bond.
