An Oklahoma Liquor store clerk will spend 90 days behind bars for her role in a deadly drunk driving accident involving a Delaware County teenager.

A judge sentenced Stacey Dixon Wednesday after she pleaded no contest to furnishing alcohol to a minor.

Dixon sold vodka to 17-year-old Colton Kerns without asking to see an ID.

Kerns' blood alcohol level was nearly twice the legal limit when he crashed his truck on the way home from school, where he was helping set up for his junior prom.
