Broth
2 Cups V-8 Juice
2 Cups Clam Juice
3 cloves Fresh Garlic Chopped
2 Tablespoons of Old Bay Seasoning
2 fresh Bay Leaves
½ Stock of Parsley
1 Cup White Wine
Combine all together and let simmer for 20 minutes
Add Seafood –
8 large shrimp peeled and deveined
8 large scallops
8 Small little Neck Clams
½ pound of King Crab
½ pound of Cod
½ pound of Atlantic Salmon
½ cup Pasta pre cooked to al'dente
Let steam and cook for 15 to 20 minutes have with you favorite Sour Dough or Focaccia
Recipe yield is 4 portions
