Tulsa police say when a man went to pick up his brother at the scene of a rollover wreck, both men got arrested. It took place just before 4 a.m. Saturday near 25th Place and Memorial.

Police say Abel Santa Cruz got into an argument with someone at a residence, got into his Camaro and drove off. He was westbound and hit a fence on 25th Place near the Evergreen Apartments, flipping his car, according to an officer at the scene.

Instead of calling police, he reportedly called his brother Ruben to come pick him up.

A passerby saw the men getting into an SUV to leave the wreck scene. That person called police, who stopped the brothers.

Abel Santa Cruz, 20, was arrested for hit and run, driving under the influence under 21, no driver's license and no insurance verification.

Ruben Santa Cruz, also 20, was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol by minor, improper license plate display, no driver's license, obstructing an accident investigator and juvenile curfew violation.
