Tulsa-Based Ameristar Fence Company Sold

A Tulsa-based fence company that's been privately held for more than three decades has been sold.

A Swiss company has bought Ameristar Fence and will publicly trade it.

Ameristar has about 650 workers at its head office and factory in Tulsa. They make security fences and gates.
