A man charged with groping several women in Tulsa pleaded guilty in court Tuesday. Brandon James entered a guilty plea on five counts of sexual battery, one count of assault with intent to commit a felony and one count of lewd molestation.
James was arrested in January of 2013 after grabbing a woman inappropriately in a Walmart checkout line. He was also charged with groping several women who were shopping in the 41st and Yale area. His victims ranged from age 11 to 71, according to Tulsa detectives.
He was sentenced to eight years' imprisonment for each count, to be served concurrently with the last five years of the sentence suspended. He will get credit for time served.
