Broken Arrow Police Investigate Fatal Crash

Broken Arrow Police say a resident is dead following a two-vehicle crash early Saturday.

It happened at the intersection of Kenosha and North 14th Street at 1:36 a.m.

According to BAPD, a maroon Ford Explorer was going south on North 14th Street when it was hit by a white Volkswagen headed east on Kenosha. A passenger in the Ford later died of his or her injuries at a Tulsa hospital.

Police are not releasing any information about the victim pending family notification.

Officer Myca Long with the Traffic Specialist Unit is still investigating the fatality wreck, according to a news release.
