The town of Locust Grove is getting a low-interest loan to upgrade is sewage treatment plant.
The Oklahoma Water Resources Board approved the $3,485,000 loan Wednesday.
The money will be used to repair the 16-year-old plant and replace major equipment, so the town can comply with an order from the Department of Environmental Quality.
