Tulsa fire cadets had a lot to prove Tuesday. Before they can become part of the department, they have to pass several tests, including scaling a 75-foot ladder. That's more than six stories high.

They were also tested on their physical agility, strength, and speed. Only then are they offered a spot on the team.

"And at that time, they're given a conditional offer of employment. They have to pass our medical requirements, and then they'll be seated in our next academy in February," said Capt. Jose Ariza.

We're told each cadet that was tested Tuesday passed.
