Care Card provides an excuse to do your holiday shopping early. It's a fundraiser that benefits Tulsa's Family and Children's Services.
News On 6 Anchor Terry Hood helped them kick-off the event Tuesday morning at Utica Square as part of the agency's 15-year celebration.
Each Care Card costs $50 which goes straight to helping local families. In return, shoppers can use the card to get big discounts at stores all over Tulsa.
They know they're impacting the community, and when the shoppers are buying all of their holiday gifts, they know that they're also making a donation to the community," said Gail Lapidus, CEO of Family And Children's Services.
You can buy your own Care Card starting Friday, October 25.
