Police Cancel Silver Alert For Muskogee Man

Muskogee Police have canceled a Silver Alert issued Saturday for a 62-year-old man.

Alvin Lowery was last seen leaving his home Friday morning at 9 a.m. Lowery has been diagnosed with dementia, according to police.

Lowery was located Saturday night. Police did not say where, or release details about his condition.
