Police: Man Claiming To Be Armed Robs Tulsa Walgreens Pharmacy

Police are looking for help identifying a man they say robbed a Walgreens store at 71st and Sheridan Tuesday evening.

Police are looking for help identifying a man they say robbed a Walgreens store at 71st and Sheridan Tuesday evening.

Investigators say a man went to the pharmacy and demanded prescription pills. They say he told the clerk he was armed, but didn't want to kill her.

Once he had the pills, police say the man, who walked with a cane, left the store.

No one was hurt and police say the clerk didn't see the weapon.

Police say the suspect is 30 to 35 years old, 6 feet tall and weighs about 180 pounds.
