Several people were injured in a chain-reaction crash on 7300 East Easton Street, right in front of the Admiral Twin Drive-In Friday night.

They say a pickup truck collided with an SUV, causing it to crash into a Grand Prix that was pulling out of the parking lot of the drive-in.

Police say seven people in all were transported to area hospitals with injuries. They say two kids, one in a car seat, in the SUV were ejected.

"The infant was in a car seat. Fire told me when I arrive that probably saved the infant's life. That the child was still in the car seat on the side of the road," said Corporal Andrew Mackenzie, Tulsa Police.

Both are expected to live, but officers say, had the younger child not been in the car seat, that child would likely be dead.

Police have not released any identities at this time.
