Suspected Embezzlement Investigated In Creek County

The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation is investigating allegations of embezzlement of money from the Creek County government.

The OSBI said in a news release Wednesday that it opened an investigation after the agency received a request from the county sheriff's office. The amount of money involved was not released.

The OSBI says there have been no arrests and declined to identify potential suspects.
