Bevo Hamburgers

2 pounds fresh ground steak hamburger

3 stocks chopped green onions

3 tablespoons minced fresh garlic

3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 

1/4 cups Billy "Heisman " Sims barbeque sauce

4 nice size Texas buns

2 tablespoons Lawrys Seasoning salt

Black pepper to taste

In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix together

Over medium heat on the grill or inside in a pan

Cook to your favorite temperature

Fun things to add:

• cheese
• bacon 
• jalapeno

Makes four 8 oz. or eight 4 oz. hamburgers
