A group of Tulsans came together to help a man they thought was behind bars for all the wrong reasons.
Frank Feikema was arrested and booked into jail last weekend, after an undercover deputy paid him $40 for a Hello Kitty doll at a Tulsa State Fair game booth.
When a group heard his story, they came together and paid to have Frank bonded out of jail. And now he has some kind words for that group.
"I just wanted to thank everybody for helping me out, posting my bail. It just gave me faith, you know, in people," Feikema said.
Feikema's co-worker, Jon Morton, was also arrested for breaking the rules at the fair. He bonded out that weekend.
