Six Investigates is following new developments after a cell phone company it investigated announced it's pulling the plug.
Tuesday, we told you the company, Icon Wireless, relinquished its permit to issue government subsidized cell phones to the poor, effective Wednesday.
State regulators held an emergency hearing and ordered the company to give customers at least 30 days' notice before shutting down, so they would have time to find new providers.
It also ordered the company not to destroy any documents, transfer company assets or do anything else that would impede the investigation it launched into Icon earlier this year.
