Riquna Willams scored 17 points and grabbed nine rebounds to lead the Shock Thursday night, but Seattle overwhelmed Tulsa in the fourth quarter to take the 76-67 win.
Shekinna Stricklen led Seattle (16-17) with 26 points on 10-13 shooting while snagging seven rebounds. Tina Thompson added 20 points and 10 boards for the Storm.
Tulsa (11-22) trailed by just one entering the fourth quarter, but Seattle outscored the Shock 27-19 in the final period to secure the win.
The Shock shot just 39.1 percent from the floor compared to Seattle's 43.5 percent. Each team dished out 15 assists and committed11 turnovers.
Tulsa's Liz Cambage, Glory Johnson and Skylar Diggins all missed the game due to various reasons. The Shock conclude the 2013 season at Seattle on Saturday at 9 p.m.
