Cedric and James Poore are accused of shooting Rebeika Powell, Kayetie Powell Melchor, Misty Nunley and Julie Jackson to death at the Fairmont Terrance Apartments back in January.
Monday was the third day of James and Cedric Poore's preliminary hearing.
Only one witness took the stand Monday, and that was James Poore's girlfriend, Jamila Jones. During her testimony, Jones said she signed an agreement with the state that if she testifies truthfully, then she can't be prosecuted for any crimes.
Jones said James Poore was living at her Fairmont Terrace apartment in January, when the four women were murdered. Jones said she went to Rebeika Powell's apartment on the morning of the murder and saw drugs, money and jewelry in Rebeika's room.

She testified that Rebeika accused her of stealing from her and she replied to the courtroom: "I don't take from anybody."
That's when the twins' mother had a small outburst saying, "You just kill them."
Jones continued to testify that she told James about the drugs, money and jewelry, because she knew he was planning to rob someone.
Jones said, when she got back to her apartment, James and Cedric left for about 20 minutes. She testified that, when the Poore brothers returned, Cedric had a backpack on his shoulder and a gun on his waist.
During cross examination, Jones often replied, "I don't know," to a lot of the defense attorney's questions.
The defense attorney tried to question the credibility of Jones by saying she lied to police about Cedric having a gun on his waist when she was first interviewed by detectives.
Jones said she lied because she was afraid the brothers would do something to her or her family.
Prosecutors still have a couple more witnesses to call. The preliminary hearing is expected to continue through Wednesday.
