An Oklahoma City couple have been named in a grand jury indictment handed down Friday in federal court in Tulsa.
The indictment accuses Ronald Spivey, 47, and Kimberly Haven, 25, of being involved in a "sex trafficking business with the intent to recruit and prostitute children under the age of 17."
The couple was arrested by Tulsa Police on July 30 outside a local restaurant.
A Tulsa Police report states an officer put an entry on a classified ad web site, then received a text "asking me to go to Florida or Vegas and make money." The officer responded saying he was a 17-year-old female and was "cool with that." The report says the officer set up a meeting and arrested Spivey and Haven when they arrived.

Both are being held in the Tulsa County jail.
