The Tulsa Pipeline Expo has a new name to reflect its expanding mission.
Now called the Pipeline and Energy Expo, the goal is to offer year-round opportunities and resources for things like education, networking, and job fairs.
The Expo started in 2009, and over the past five years, has grown as a platform to promote our state's positive business climate and Oklahoma's legacy in the energy industry.
"It's a more inclusive attitude of what's going on now in Oklahoma and to get a more inclusive nature around the kinds of companies that are located here," said expo founder and chairman Bill Solomon.
The expo is going on now, and all proceeds go to the Eagle Gift Foundation, which helps Oklahoma charities.
