A 54-year-old Tulsa man arrested for rape exposed himself to police while answering the door. Tony Ondre Anderson is in the Tulsa County Jail on several complaints including first-degree rape.

According to an arrest report, officers were called to a home in the 2400 block of East Newton Street at about 11 p.m. Saturday on a rape in progress call. They spoke to a witness outside the home who said her aunt was inside being raped, the report states.

Officers knocked on the door "numerous times" before Anderson answered. He was wearing a shirt and unzipped pants, the arresting officer said. A woman was on the floor crying. Her ripped clothes were lying next to her, the officer said.

Both women told police Anderson told the victim he was going to have sex with her before tearing her clothes off.

Anderson was booked into the Tulsa jail on a $50,000 bond for first-degree rape. He also had outstanding traffic warrants.
