Food Pyramid Throws Birthday Party For Beloved Employee With Special Needs

A Tulsa man's birthday was extra special, thanks to his generous co-workers.

Tommy pushes carts at the Food Pyramid at 51st Street and Harvard Avenue.

He has special needs, but what really makes him special to those around him are his big smile and sense of humor.

Tommy turned 43 on Friday, and to celebrate, the store threw him a pizza party.

There also was cake, gifts and lots of laughter.

Tommy: "Yes"

Photographer: "I saw your little dance. What's that all about?"

Tommy: "I'm happy. I like to party."

Tommy has been a loyal employee at the store for about 16 years.
