Crews Work To Repair Hole In Highway 11 Bridge Over Bird Creek

Emergency repair work began Monday on the Highway 11 bridge over Bird Creek, north of Skiatook, which will leave it narrowed to one lane until further notice.

Crews discovered a hole in the bridge deck Monday afternoon. The Oklahoma Department of Transportation said the repairs will take several hours to complete.

The hole was clearly visible from our vantage point in Osage SkyNews 6 and appeared to be in an area that had been patched before.
