The Muscogee Creek Nation is issuing new identification cards on Monday.

It's the fourth largest tribe in the nation.

They're upgrading the tribe's citizenship database by giving out new cards to its almost 80,000 citizens.

Principal Chief George Tiger said "it is necessary to keep updated information on citizens to make sure benefits and services can be provided without question."

The tribe's citizenship department will start issuing citizens their first card for free.
