Broken Arrow Teen Arrested For Sexual Assault

A Broken Arrow teen is in jail after an underage girl said he sexually assaulted her. Brian Caleb Jones, 18, is in Tulsa County Jail on a complaint of first degree rape.

Jones was arrested on outstanding warrants after a routine traffic stop August 8.

The arresting officer said Jones initially denied being with the girl then said he had offered her a safe place to stay after she was kicked out of her house. He eventually told police he had sexual relations with the girl and that she "did not tell him no but also did not say yes," the officer wrote in his report.

The girl told officers she said no several times but that Jones was much larger and she could not fight him off. Jones has been released on a $50,000 bond.

He is scheduled to go to court August 19.
