A woman was admitted in a Tulsa hospital in critical condition after a head-on collision on the Cimarron River bridge on Highway 51 in Creek County Monday afternoon.

The crash closed the highway for about two hours, starting at 4 p.m.

Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a GMC pickup truck driven by Eric Goodwin, 36, of Yukon crossed the center line on the bridge and hit Debra Standage's Dodge pickup head-on.

OHP says both drivers were pinned after the crash and had to be extracted by Mannford firefighters.

Fifty-one-year-old Standage of Stillwater was taken by helicopter to a Tulsa hospital and admitted in critical condition, the OHP report shows.

Troopers say Goodwin was taken by ambulance to a hospital and admitted in stable condition.

Standage's two passengers, Eileen Patzkie, 52, and an 11-year-old girl, also from Stillwater were both treated and released from a Tulsa hospital.

The highway was re-opened just after 6 p.m.
