The Tulsa man accused of trying to rape a woman along a Sand Springs jogging trail will stand trial.
A judge ruled Friday there is enough evidence against Steven Ray Bowes, 49, to move forward with the case.
Arrest records show Bowes confessed to the June 23 attack, which happened as the woman passed under a bridge in River City Park.
The victim told police she was pulled into a wooded area, where she fought back and got away.
Bowes faces several charges including kidnapping, assault with a deadly weapon, and robbery.
