A Broken Arrow man has been booked into Tulsa County Jail for first degree manslaughter and driving under the influence after a wreck that killed his father.
Samuel Bahe, 39, told a nurse he'd had 20 beers the day of the wreck, according to an arrest report.
He was transferred from a hospital into jail on Friday.
Broken Arrow police say Bahe was driving westbound on State Highway 51 near Elm Wednesday afternoon when he lost control of his SUV. The vehicle hit the concrete center barrier and partially overturned.

Samuel Bahe Sr., 60, was ejected from the SUV and pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say several cases of beer were found scattered about the wrecked vehicle.
Bahe Jr. was treated for non-life threatening injuries. In addition to manslaughter and DUI, he was booked on a complaint of driving under suspension.
