Ingredients:
Romaine lettuce
Cracked black pepper
Parmesan Cheese
Caesar Salad dressing
Pecorino Romano cheese
Breadcrumbs
Cold steak, sword fish and yellow fin tuna
Roasted Red Peppers
Grilled asparagus (chilled and tossed with Caesar salad dressing)
Directions:
Toss first four ingredients together and put on serving plate. Top with cold meats from your refrigerator - we chose thinly sliced steak, swordfish and yellow fin tuna. Arrange chilled vegetables like roasted red pepper and grilled asparagus. Serve and enjoy on a hot summer's day.
